Justin AdshadeCCP MSc, Btech, NDIP Justin qualified in Cape Town, South Africa, where he completed both his undergraduate and postgraduate education, and has been working as a Critical Care Paramedic since 2013. His career has taken him to several countries before settling in Christchurch, New Zealand. Currently, he works in the HEMS and Rescue environment. Throughout his career, Justin has gained extensive experience across multiple areas of prehospital and retrieval medicine, including front-line emergency response, ICU and retrieval work, as well as local and international fixed-wing ICU transfers. While working in Qatar, he completed his MSc in Emergency and Resuscitation Medicine and is presently undertaking a Postgraduate Diploma in Aeromedical and Retrieval Transport Medicine through the University of Otago. Justin maintains a strong interest in professional development and is passionate about advancing practice standards within the prehospital and retrieval medicine sector.
