David Hudon ACP MSc(cand)
David Hudon began working as an Emergency Medical Services professional in 2008 in the Metro Boston area of Massachusetts. During his time in Boston, Mr. Hudon served with Cataldo Ambulance in both an emergency and non-emergency capacity. In 2015, David moved to Lexington, South Carolina, working with Lexington County EMS. Mr. Hudon has held various positions within the field of EMS, including chair car (unit operator), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), paramedic, and flight paramedic with LifeNet South Carolina. Currently, Mr. Hudon works for Midlands Technical College as an adjunct faculty member instructing and assisting with cardiac care, EKG, EMT, and Paramedic education. His current projects at the college include curriculum development for a hybrid model paramedic program.
In 2017, David was recognized as the Paramedic of the Year for Lexington County and EMS Officer of the Year. David is passionate about advancing the field of pre-hospital medicine through education and research.
Mr. Hudon holds a bachelor of science degree and is currently obtaining his Masters's degree in Public Health. Mr. Hudon is a Nationally Registered Paramedic and holds instructorships in CPR, ACLS, PALS, AMLS, and PHTLS.
