Dr. Joshua Corsa Dr. Joshua Corsa is a trauma surgeon in Everett, WA and a volunteer Firefighter/Paramedic. He is currently the Medical Program Director for San Juan County EMS, Snohomish County Search & Rescue, and the Region 1 SWAT Team. He remains active in the US Army Reserves with multiple combat deployments providing far forward medical support in support of special operations forces across the globe. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and Academy of Wilderness Medicine as well as a Diplomate in Mountain Medicine. He is board certified in General Surgery, Surgical Critical Care, and Disaster Medicine.
