Jeffery Stirling BSc PCP Jeffrey "Alex" Stirling has been a licensed Primary Care Paramedic since September 2017 and has worked within the central region of Nova Scotia with EHS as of November 2019. Alex graduate, the University of Prince Edward Island with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Paramedicine.
