Charles Dallaire Charles Dallaire has been a paramedic for the past 17 years. Following his Primary Care Paramedicine course at Holland College in 2002, he began working in Halifax until 2006. This was followed by a move to New Brunswick, working in both Miramichi and Moncton, where he currently resides with his wife and two children. He was a full time paramedic in Moncton until 2016, when Charles began working as a Clinical Education Coordinator for Medavie Health Services New Brunswick.
