Leon Baranowski, MEd, DipHE, FHEA, MCPARA, ACP Leon Baranowski is a Paramedic Practice Leader for British Columbia Emergency Health Services (BCEHS). Leon has been a registered Paramedic since 2008, initially undertaking undergraduate paramedic education in the UK. He has worked in multiple clinical roles throughout his career, most recently as a HEMS Paramedic and as a Paramedic Practitioner, before moving to BC in 2016. He has completed a Masters in Clinical Education (MEd) through the University of Leeds in 2014. As part of the Paramedic Practice Leader position entails reviewing research and literature for best practice, joining this team was the next appropriate step.
